Introducing the next Salon. Development inquiries now welcome.

New Salon design · Concept visualization, not an installed property

01 / A more social kind of seating

Good company.
Properly arranged.

A row of loungers gives everyone a seat. The Salon gives everyone a reason to sit together.

A continuous circle of cushioned seating faces inward, with a full wraparound back and an outer perimeter walkway. Teak warmth. Tailored upholstery. The feeling of a private lounge, with rather better surroundings.

A proposed dual-use design for land and water. Materials, dimensions, capacity and operating limits remain subject to engineering and testing.

The new Salon / Considered from every angle

A full circle.
Not a closed mind.

01 — The gathering circle
A continuous back and inward-facing seats keep the conversation together.
02 — The outer walking ring
A perimeter deck surrounds the seating. Access, boarding and clearances are being developed as part of the complete system.
03 — The accessory sockets
Flush mounting inserts around the edge for compatible removable poles: shade above, a champagne bucket beside you, service where it belongs.
04 — The tether system
Planned side and underside attachment points support site-specific mooring. Positioning should be deliberate. The engineering must be, too.

02 / Same Salon. Different scenery.

Very much at home.
In rather good places.

The cabana has competition.

Give a group their own place on the water. Offer the Salon by the session, or pair it with a cabana for a private base on land and a shared escape in the pool.

Pool layouts, guest access and mooring require a property-specific review. All scenes are concept visualizations.

On land. On water. In good company.

Good furniture.
No fixed address.

The Salon belongs beside the pool as much as in it. A social circle for the terrace, a gathering place on the water, and a look that carries through the whole property.

02 / After sunsetSame circle. A different dress code.

Dual-use concept. Land support and relocation methods will be confirmed with final specifications.

Accessories / A rather complete afternoon

A place for everything.
Including lunch.

Perimeter sockets make room for the details that turn seating into an experience: removable shade, a properly chilled bottle, a table within reach. Configure the Salon around the way your guests spend the day.

Shade above. Service alongside.

A removable canopy creates a more considered place to linger. Position the Salon beside an approved service point so your team can bring refreshments to the experience.

The drinks / Within arm’s reach

The bottle has a seat, too.

A pole-mounted champagne bucket keeps ice and drinks beside the group. Built-in cupholders give glasses somewhere to belong.

The table / Lunch has landed

A proper surface. Finally.

A removable table attachment brings a flat surface over the seating for small plates, drinks and the rather sensible decision to order another course.

Accessory concepts shown. Final fittings, clearances and load limits will be confirmed; removable shades have separate operating and wind limits.

03 / The commercial conversation

Not just an amenity.
An opportunity.

Make the Salon part of what guests can book—not just what they can admire.

01

A rental of its own.

A private floating lounge, reserved by the session. Give groups a clear offer: their own circle, their own time, your setting.

Standalone experience
02

The cabana upgrade.

Their cabana on shore. Their Salon on the water. Extend an existing booking with a shared experience beyond the pool edge.

Add-on to an existing rental
03

A reason to celebrate.

Offer a gathering space for birthdays, reunions or a very well-planned afternoon. Pair it with your property’s service menu.

Group packages & occasions

Make it your property’s experience

Give the afternoon
a service menu.

Pair a private Salon reservation with your own drinks selection, a lunch service or a celebration package. Or make it the signature upgrade to a cabana booking. Your hospitality, with a new place to happen.

The proposed material palette

Standards that extend
to the materials.

Teak underfoot. Outdoor fabric against the skin. A marine decking approach to the surfaces that meet the weather. Beautiful furniture deserves a practical side.

01

Teak, with boating credentials.

We plan to specify teak decking from Teakdecking Systems (TDS), whose custom decks are made for boats and yachts. Its marine decking and seam systems inform a finish suited to outdoor life, with regular care built into the ownership routine.

02

Sunbrella® outdoor upholstery.

Our planned upholstery specification is Sunbrella outdoor performance fabric. Color and UV-stable pigments run through the fibers to help resist fading—an appropriate starting point for long afternoons in the sun.

03

Care, properly considered.

Outdoor materials still deserve attention. The care plan will cover fresh-water rinsing, upholstery cleaning, deck inspection and storage between seasons, with custom covers for each piece.

Final material selections and fabric ranges are subject to supplier confirmation and product testing. Outdoor fabric performance does not make the complete upholstery assembly waterproof.

Tailored protective covers fitted to the Salon and a matching chaise on a dry hotel terrace

Custom protection / Between appearances

Even good furniture
takes the night off.

Custom-fitted protective covers are planned for the Salon, Chaise and Loveseat. Tailored to each silhouette, they help shield the pieces from sun, rain and everyday debris when the day is done.

Include covers in your property’s setup, closing and seasonal storage routine. A little care keeps the next arrival looking considered.

Cover fabrics, ventilation, fastenings and care instructions will be confirmed in the final specification.

04 / Behind the good life

Beautifully social.
Seriously considered.

The promise is a considered furniture system, not a loose pool float. The commercial reality depends on engineering, guest access and an operating plan that fits your property.

One design. Land and water.

Plan for a lounge on the terrace as well as on the water. Handling, support and relocation requirements will be defined before use.

Positioned. Not left to drift.

Proposed side or bottom tethering allows for a location-specific anchoring plan, with swimmer clearance and retrieval considered from the start.

Wind is part of the brief.

Securing the platform and managing removable shade are essential. Wind resistance, stability and accessory limits are not yet tested; no “windproof” claim is made.

A fit for your operation.

Review water conditions, boarding, cleaning, guest supervision and seasonal storage before deciding where the Salon belongs.

A little supporting company

Build the setting.
Not just the seating.

Let the Salon anchor the social experience. Add the Chaise for one, or the Loveseat for two, when the property calls for a fuller collection.

Before we furnish the water

Proper questions.
Straight answers.

Is the new Salon available to order?

The redesigned Salon is in development. This page invites hotel and resort inquiries; it is not an offer of a tested, ready-to-ship product. Final specifications, capacity, pricing and delivery timing will be confirmed separately. No payment is taken here.

How could we rent it to guests?

Consider a standalone timed rental, an upgrade to an existing cabana booking, or a group experience with your own service package. Your team sets prices, staffing, guest rules and booking policies. These are proposed business models, not proven revenue results.

Can it be secured in one location?

The design brief includes tether attachment points for side mooring or an underside connection to a suitable engineered bottom anchor. The installation must keep lines away from swimmers and access routes. Anchor selection, attachment loads and operating limits still require engineering and site assessment.

Will it blow away in the wind?

The goal is a substantial, secured furniture platform—not a loose inflatable. However, no wind rating has been validated and we cannot promise that it cannot blow away. Tethers are not a guarantee against wind, overturning or anchor failure. Shade attachments need their own wind limits and removal procedures.

Can it be used in the ocean?

Only sheltered, calm-water locations are being considered. Ocean use is not currently approved or validated. Swell, currents, tides, corrosion, access, rescue arrangements and local requirements must be assessed before any installation. The Salon is not a boat or a lifesaving device.

What fits in the accessory sockets?

The proposed perimeter sockets provide a common mounting point for compatible removable accessories such as shade supports, stocked champagne buckets, service trays and a flat table attachment for small plates and drinks. Compatibility, locking details, allowable loads and clear walking space must be confirmed for each accessory.

What materials and protective covers are planned?

The proposed palette includes teak decking from Teakdecking Systems (TDS), Sunbrella outdoor upholstery, and custom-fitted protective covers for the Salon, Chaise and Loveseat. Exact materials, fabric ranges and care instructions will be confirmed during development.

How do guests get in and out of the closed circle?

A dedicated boarding and exit method is still to be engineered and tested. The perimeter walkway is a design feature, not yet an approved boarding route. Guest access, accessibility, emergency egress and safe occupancy must be resolved before commercial use.

Can it surround a fire pit on land?

That is a separate application requiring thermal-clearance and fire-safety assessment. No integrated fire pit or fire-rated configuration is offered here. Our land visualization shows a decorative lit centerpiece, not an open flame.
